Best Fare Guarantee - Terms & Conditions
This guarantee applies to tickets purchased at FrontierAirlines.com or FlyFrontier.com, which are one and the same. All other references in the terms and conditions to FrontierAirlines.com apply to either website domain.
Your claim must be made by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the same day on which the ticket is purchased or within 4 hours of the time of purchase if the ticket is purchased between 8 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Claims must be made by
submitting a claim form
on FrontierAirlines.com. No other claims will be accepted. The claim form is available on FrontierAirlines.com in the Our Service Commitment tab under the Customer Service section.
This guarantee applies only if the fare for sale through the other online retailer is available for the same Frontier flights(s), travel itinerary, travel date(s), number of passengers, and fare type (Economy, Classic, or Classic Plus) as the travel purchased at FrontierAirlines.com.
The ticket purchased at FrontierAirlines.com under this guarantee must meet the same fare restrictions of the fare for sale at the other online retailer. For example, if you purchase an unrestricted ticket at FrontierAirlines.com, it will not qualify if compared to a restricted fare at another retailer. The same rule applies if you purchase a Classic Plus or Classic ticket at FrontierAirlines.com – it will not qualify if compared to an Economy fare at another retailer.
This guarantee applies to travel for all Frontier and Frontier Express routes provided the other online retailer is a U.S. point of sale.
This guarantee applies only on itineraries wholly operated and marketed by Frontier and Frontier Express. Itineraries that include codeshare flights are not eligible, including flights operated by Great Lakes Airlines.
This guarantee is not valid for flights purchased through the Frontier Vacations, Frontier Getaways, Frontier Ski Vacations, and Frontier Group Travel websites and/or programs. This guarantee also does not apply to Frontier flights purchased in conjunction with a vacation package.
This guarantee is not eligible for unpublished fares. Unpublished fares are those fares not available to the general public and include, but are not limited to, wholesaler or consolidator fares, corporate, military, government, contract, or other discounted fares. This guarantee does not apply to opaque fares on another retailer, which are fares where the carrier is not disclosed until after purchase. This guarantee also does not apply to travel purchased through another retailer in conjunction with a vacation package. This guarantee is also not available for award travel booked using
EarlyReturns
frequent flyer miles.
This guarantee does not apply to package fares, including but not limited to airfares sold as part of a travel package, nor does it apply to airfares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after purchase. This guarantee does not apply to airfares on another website that have been reduced as a result of promotional discounts, such as dollars off coupons, loyalty program discounts, fly "free" offers, or other promotional offers not available to all users of the website.
Frontier must be able to verify the lower online fare at the time of claim. The fare must have been available through the other retailer at the time of purchase on FrontierAirlines.com. Frontier must also be able to verify that a lower fare with the same rules & restrictions was not available on FrontierAirlines.com at the time of purchase. Once you submit a claim, a member of Frontier's Customer Service team will contact you via email. Please keep a screenshot copy of the other website, the exact website URL address, the time of visit to the other website, or other methods of verification in case Frontier requests additional documentation in the event we are not able to replicate the lower airfare. Any requested documentation must be promptly submitted.
This guarantee applies only to tickets purchased using a credit card with a U.S. billing address.
This guarantee applies to one-way or round-trip tickets, but the fare difference must be more than $5 each way ($10 round-trip), inclusive of taxes & fees.
A round-trip itinerary booked as two one-way fares will only qualify once for the guarantee.
This guarantee does not apply to fare differences of less than USD $5 each way, inclusive of all taxes and fees. Differences of USD $5 or more each way, inclusive of all taxes and fees, will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. There is no limit to the amount of the refund. An Electronic Travel Certificate in the amount of USD $100 will be issued for each ticket eligible under this guarantee. The Electronic Travel Certificate is valid for use toward the future purchase of any Frontier and Frontier Express flight, will only be issued in the name of the ticket holder, is non-transferable and is not combinable with any other Travel Certificate or promotion. The Electronic Travel Certificate will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. The Electronic Travel Certificate number will be delivered by email and may be redeemed only at FrontierAirlines.com.
The Electronic Travel Certificate and the difference in fare are the sole and exclusive compensation that will be provided for Frontier's failure to fulfill its provisions of this guarantee.
If you refund a ticket purchased at FrontierAirlines.com as part of this guarantee, any Electronic Travel Certificates issued as part of this guarantee will be cancelled and forfeited.
Frontier reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time without notice upon removal or modification of the Best Fare Guarantee Terms and Conditions at FrontierAirlines.com. Frontier Airlines is the final authority on interpretation of these terms and conditions.
