Frontier Express

Frontier Express flights are operated by our regional partners Chautauqua Airlines and Republic Airlines on Embraer 145 and Bombardier Q400 aircraft. Because the Inflight amenities on these aircraft differ from those available on Frontier's larger aircraft, we operate them under the Frontier Express brand to manage your expectations. For details on Frontier Express flights, please visit our Frontier Express FAQ page.

Great Lakes Airlines Codeshare

Frontier codeshares with Great Lakes Airlines to extend our reach to smaller communities around the western United States. A codeshare is an agreement made between Frontier Airlines and another air carrier whereby Frontier may market and sell tickets for flights on the other carrier that are identified by Frontier's "F9" designator code (e.g. F9 Flight 123). Through this codeshare, Frontier serves over 35 additional destinations with convenient connections to Frontier and Frontier Express flights in Albuquerque, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. The codeshare is only in effect if the Great Lakes flight is booked in conjunction with a connecting Frontier or Frontier Express flight. Make your reservations for Great Lakes codeshare flights on FrontierAirlines.com. For flights exclusively on Great Lakes, bookings should be made directly with Great Lakes at www.flygreatlakes.com. When traveling on Great Lakes flights ticketed as a Frontier codeshare, EarlyReturns® members will earn valuable miles just like on any other Frontier flight.  For details on Great Lakes codeshare flights and information on how the codeshare works with our Fare Options, please visit our Air Partnerships FAQ page.
