Frontier Express flights are operated by our regional partners Chautauqua Airlines and Republic Airlines on Embraer 145 and Bombardier Q400 aircraft. Because the in-flight amenities on these aircraft differ from those available on Frontier's larger aircraft, we operate them under the Frontier Express brand to manage your expectations.

All Frontier Express flights feature overhead storage bins and onboard lavatories. All Frontier Express flights also feature flight attendant service. Flight attendants will offer a beverage and snack service on flights longer than 200 miles.

Frontier Express flights do not offer STRETCH seating or Fresh Food for purchase found on Frontier's larger aircraft.

Additionally, Frontier Express flights do not offer in-flight entertainment, such as LiveTV found on Frontier's Airbus fleet and WiFi found on Frontier's Embraer E190 fleet. To help you pass the time during your flight, we recommend taking a good book with you. Alternatively, you will also be permitted to use a laptop computer or portable DVD player once the aircraft is at a safe altitude.

Frontier Express serves regional markets across the Frontier network. Frontier Express flights are assigned to markets less than 750 miles (about 2 and a half hours of flying).

Frontier Express flights are available for sale anywhere Frontier flights are sold. We recommend buying your ticket right here on FrontierAirlines.com, where we guarantee the lowest fares for all Frontier and Frontier Express flights. All of Frontier's fares, including Classic and Classic Plus Fare Options, are available on all Frontier Express flights. Please note that some Classic and Classic Plus benefits available on Frontier's larger aircraft are not available on Frontier Express flights. This includes access to STRETCH seating. Other than these exceptions, you can expect to receive the benefits of Classic and Classic Plus fares when flying on Frontier Express flights.

All Frontier Express flights, as well as the specific operating carrier, are identified when booking flights at FrontierAirlines.com. Frontier Express flights and the specific operating carrier will also be noted on your flight itinerary and on the confirmation that you receive.

Just like on all Frontier flights, you can select your seat at the time of booking when flying on Frontier Express flights. The good news is that on Frontier Express flights, you won't be assigned a middle seat — all seats on Frontier Express flights are either a window or an aisle seat. Please be aware that on the day of departure for a limited number of Frontier Express flights, you may be asked to move to another seat to allow for proper aircraft weight and balance.

Check-In for Frontier Express flights the same as you would for any other Frontier flight — right here on FrontierAirlines.com or at the Frontier ticket counter in your originating airport.

If you are connecting to a Frontier Express flight from a Frontier flight or vice versa, you will be checked in all the way to your final destination and will receive a boarding pass for all flights. Your checked bags will also be checked through to your destination.

Yes, EarlyReturns^® members will earn miles for all Frontier Express flights at the same rates as for any other Frontier flight. You will earn one EarlyReturns mile for every mile flown with Frontier and Frontier Express, with a minimum of 500 miles per flight.

Yes, you may carry-on one bag and a personal item on all Frontier and Frontier express flights.

However, some larger carry-on bags that are within the allowed carry-on size limits may not fit in the overhead bins on Frontier Express flights. For these carry-on items we offer a special gate valet bag service on all Frontier Express flights. To use the gate valet bag service, have a Frontier agent place a valet tag on your bag when boarding. Then, simply leave your bag at the designated gate valet spot near the aircraft door as you board and your bag will be delivered back to you at the gate in your destination city as you step off of your Frontier Express flight. Please make sure to remove all valuables and any items that you will need in flight from any bags that will utilize the gate valet service.

Yes, checked baggage allowances are the same on all Frontier and Frontier Express flights.
