*On November 9, 2011, we began selling all of our Fare Options — Classic Plus, Classic, and Economy — on international flights. The baggage fees for all ticket sales after this date are per the chart above. If you purchased an international ticket on or before November 8, 2011, your baggage fees are shown below based on your ticket type.

Use or Cancel Policy
For non-refundable Economy and Classic tickets purchased, customers who decide not to travel must cancel the reservation before the scheduled flight departure time or the ticket value and all associated monies will be forfeited and will not be re-usable. If the flight segment(s) is cancelled before the scheduled flight departure time, the value will be retained and may be applied to a subsequent ticket for up to one year from original issue date (subject to the applicable change fee and any fare difference).
