Zone 1 Boarding

Receive Zone 1 boarding if you purchase a bundle with a carry-on bag or by being an Elite Gold member or above of FRONTIER Miles.

Board First

Be among the first to board our plane with our Board First Service. Available to customers who purchase a carry-on bag.

Courtesy Boarding

Available to families traveling with small children (under 3 years old) and any other passenger requiring additional time or assistance.

Airport Agent Assistance

Here at Frontier, we make optional services available to you to personalize your travel.

Airport Agent Assistance is available for purchase for our passengers who prefer assistance at the airport for things like checking in, printing your boarding pass, or having their bag manually tagged where self-tagging is available. To avoid this charge, passengers may check-in online, bring a printed boarding pass or use the Frontier mobile app for a digital boarding pass, and self-tag their bag.

Ticket Counters


Ticket counters are generally open 2 hours prior to departure. If you are NOT traveling with checked bags and have your printed or digital boarding pass ready and your carry-on bag has been paid for in advance, proceed to airport security to your boarding gate.

For passengers with checked bags, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to prepare for departure. Passengers must be checked in with their printed or digital boarding pass in hand, their checked bags, if any, brought to bag drop or the airport ticket counter at least 60 minutes prior to departure time.

Board First

Want to be among the first to board the plane? With our Board First option, you will get to board the plane before Zone 1. Just add the option when purchasing your carry-on bag!

Remember, your gate assignments and departure times can change due to operational requirements. You can easily stay updated by checking the flight monitors at the airport.
