How do I send cargo?
We may not serve them beverages, but we will do everything in our power to make sure your items have a nice trip and are delivered safely. Call the Cargo Sales office at 866-945-9255 for all information regarding cargo shipments. You have to have an established account with us, and our staff will help you set up that account.
I need to ship my Siamese cat on one of your flights. What do I need to know?
Pets are precious cargo and we'll make sure they're treated really well. Our Cargo Sales personnel will be happy to help you with your animal shipment arrangements. Call them at 866-945-9255.
Here are the standard requirements for shipping live animals with us:
- We need you to book the travel at least 24 to 48 hours in advance
- You'll need to present a health certificate issued from your licensed veterinarian within ten days of the travel date
- Keep an eye on the weather, as we will not allow animals to travel if the destination city's temperature is forecasted to be over 85 degrees or under 45 degrees without a Certificate of Acclimation
- Pets must be dropped off at least 2 hours prior to scheduled departure
