EarlyReturns® MILEAGE PROGRAM FAQS

Frequent Flyer Program Integration with Midwest Airlines
Frontier EarlyReturns® is pleased to welcome Midwest Miles members into the EarlyReturns program as a part of the integration of Midwest and Frontier, coming in the fall of 2010.

How will this brand integration impact the frequent flyer programs of both airlines?
There will be no impact on members of Frontier's EarlyReturns® program, and no immediate impact on members of the Midwest Miles program. In fact, both frequent flyer programs were aligned earlier this year in terms of earning miles, flight awards, and elite tier requirements and benefits. Both frequent flyer programs are very similar today.

What is the timing of this integration?
Each airline will continue to operate its own frequent flyer program until the two programs become one in the fall of 2010.

What will happen to my frequent flyer account and miles?
Be assured that your account will remain open and your miles will be retained. Miles will not be lost in the integration process. You can continue to earn and redeem miles in your respective program until they are combined in the fall of 2010. At that time, Midwest Miles accounts and miles will be transitioned to a new Frontier account. Midwest Miles members will retain their existing frequent flyer account number under the Frontier program.

Will I still earn miles using my Midwest Airlines/Frontier Airlines MasterCard?
Yes. Cardholders will continue to earn miles as usual for purchases made using their card. Midwest Miles credit card holders will be transitioned into the Frontier MasterCard program automatically by the end of 2010. Because the same bank (Barclays Bank Delaware) issues both cards, you will not see any change to your account number.

Can/should I transfer my miles from my Midwest Miles account to a new Frontier account?
You do not need to do anything. Miles will be combined automatically once the programs are integrated in the fall of 2010. Those individuals who are already members of both programs may transfer or combine miles between the two frequent flyer accounts beginning later this summer. Members who have accounts in both programs will be contacted this fall regarding which account number to retain.

Can I use my Midwest Miles or Frontier EarlyReturns® miles for travel on the other airline?
Yes, you can do that today through the frequent flyer partnership between the two airlines. In fact, you will have even more earning and award opportunities later this year when the programs are combined. Please visit either FrontierAirlines.com or MidwestAirlines.com. for more details on booking award travel.

When will I hear more detail about the integration of the two frequent flyer programs?
Both the Midwest Miles and Frontier EarlyReturns® programs will update their respective members on the integration progress through regularly scheduled e-mail communications/newsletters. If you are not currently opted in to receive e-communications from either program, we encourage you to log into your frequent flyer account and change your preferences to receive communications from us. Current information about the integration process is also available at www.frontiermidwest.com or on each of the airlines' respective web sites.

To add your EarlyReturns® number to your current reservation please contact our Reservations agents at 800-4321-FLY (800-432-1359) and provide the agent with your confirmation number and EarlyReturns® account number. If you forget to provide this information when you make your reservation you can also provide this information to the ticket agent when you check in for your flight. Miles will credit automatically to your account within seven days of travel.

Do flights purchased on sale or through our online specials earn EarlyReturns® miles?
Customers traveling with tickets purchased on sale or through our online specials can indeed accrue EarlyReturns® miles.

Can I get credit for a previous flight if I am a new or existing EarlyReturns® member?
Sure. If you are a new or existing EarlyReturns® member, you can receive credit for prior flights up to 180 days past, from today's date. To receive credit for these flights, please send an email including your EarlyReturns® mileage program number and the 13 digit e-ticket number starting with '422', located on your boarding stub(s) to earlyreturns@flyfrontier.com. You can also mail your original boarding passes, electronic ticket receipt, member number and flight information to our EarlyReturns® Service Center at:

EarlyReturns
PO Box 17304
Denver, CO 80217-0304

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your account to be updated accordingly.

Do EarlyReturns® miles ever expire?
Mileage in a member's account will not expire so long as the member generates accrual or redemption activity in the account. Unredeemed mileage accumulated in a member's account will expire at the end of the 24 months after the last accrual or redemption activity date. For example, the last mileage posting, of any kind, flight or partner as of May 2008 is valid until May 2010 unless the member has accrual or redemption activity in the interim. Membership in the EarlyReturns program is terminated if the member is inactive for three consecutive calendar years.

Can I get my miles back after they've expired?
Yes you can. Members whose miles have been forfeited due to two calendar years of inactivity have an opportunity to reinstate forfeited miles for a fee:

  • $50 1 - 4,999 miles
  • $100 5,000 - 19,999 miles
  • $200 20,000 - 49,999 miles
  • $300 50,000 - 99,999 miles
  • $400 100,000 or more miles

Forfeited miles can only be reinstated by calling our EarlyReturns® Service Center at 866-263-2759. When you pay to reinstate forfeited miles, you must reinstate the entire balance of forfeited miles. If you do not reinstate forfeited miles by December 31 of the year the miles were forfeited, the member's EarlyReturns® account will be permanently deleted.

Who are your EarlyReturns® mileage program partners?
