What's the schedule? Is the plane on time? How can I check my flight's status?
We offer several ways to check on the schedule and status of flights. The easiest is to visit our Flight Info pages, where you can view flights in progress or sign up to receive automated flight updates. You can also call our main number at 800-432-1359 and follow the prompts for the automated flight info.
My flight was canceled. What do I do now?
It happens. Sometimes we can't help but cancel flights and we're sorry. If your flight has been canceled prior to your departure date, one of our agents will be in contact with you to give you rescheduling information. If you want, please contact our Reservations Department at 800-4321-FLY (800-432-1359) for further questions or concerns regarding your canceled flight.
