GROUP RESERVATIONS FAQS

I've never booked with your group department what should I know?
Groups are 10 or more passengers traveling on the exact same itinerary. Depending on your travel date a deposit may be required to hold the seats.

Can I make my group reservation online?
All group reservations must be booked through the Frontier Airlines Group Sales Desk. We can be reached by phone at 800-908-9069 or by email at group@flyfrontier.com or by the group travel request on our website.

I have several passengers that need to go earlier or return later. Do they still qualify for the group program?
Passengers must travel on the same itinerary to be part of the group.

Do I need all the passenger names for my group up front?
Depending on how close you are to your travel date will determine when your names are due. Contact the group desk for details.

One of our passengers cannot travel but someone else can go in their place. Can we change names on a group reservation?
Name changes are allowed for groups free of charge up to 48 hours prior to departure. Within 48 hours a $100 change fee may apply.

Can everyone in the group pay for their tickets with their own credit cards?
We require one form of payment for the entire group. Payment may in the form of cashiers check, money order or credit card.

Am I required to put down a deposit for my group?
Yes you will be required to put down a deposit for you group travel. As long as you meet all the terms and conditions of the group travel agreement your deposit will either be applied toward ticketing or returned.

If I didn't use my group ticket, am I allowed to use it toward the purchase of a new one?
Absolutely. The unused ticket value is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Part of our business includes managing our seat inventory, so when a customer wants to make a change in his or her flight plans, we charge a $100 processing fee. Also, if the same fare is unavailable on the date that you're changing to, we'll charge you the difference fare.

Are we allowed to get advanced seat assignments when we book a group?
Yes we assign seats once your deposit is received. However we are unable to accommodate special requests of specific seats. Seats are generally assigned as a block.
