If I didn't use my meeting/convention ticket, am I allowed to use it toward the purchase of a new one?
Absolutely. The unused ticket value is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Part of our business includes managing our seat inventory, so when a customer wants to make a change in his or her flight plans, we charge a processing fee. For tickets purchased on September 8, 2008 or after, the processing fee is $100. Also, if the same fare is unavailable on the date that you're changing to, we'll charge you the difference in fare.
