NEWS UPDATE FAQS

Effective December 17, 2008:

  • You can travel on an alternate flight on the same day as your originally scheduled itinerary by simply showing up at the airport. If a seat is available, you'll be confirmed on the new flight for a flat rate (NO CHARGE for Summit members). The change must be made at the airport, city pairs must remain the same, and seats must be available on all flight segments (a segment is defined as one take-off and one landing). We recommend you get there a little early, at least one hour prior to your preferred flight, to give us time to process the change.
  • If you purchased your ticket on or before December 16, 2008, you can change your flight on the same day of travel for a flat fee of $75.00.
  • If you purchased one or our AirFair options, the fee varies to change your flight on the same day.
    • If you purchased an Economy ticket, you can change your flight on the same day of travel for a flat fee of $150.00.
    • If you purchased a Classic ticket, you can change your flight on the same day of travel for a flat fee of $75.00.
    • If you purchased a Classic Plus ticket, you can change your flight on the same day of travel for FREE.

Changes effective for tickets purchased on or after October 1, 2008

  • For non-refundable tickets purchased on or after October 1, 2008, customers must cancel the reservation before the scheduled flight departure time or the coupon/coupons will be forfeited. All monies are forfeited and will not be re-usable by the passenger. If the flight segment/segments is cancelled before the scheduled flight departure time, the value is retained and may be applied to a subsequent ticket subject to the change fee and any fare difference for up to one year from original issue date.
