Active duty military personnel with ID (not including family members or traveling companions) will not be assessed bag fees, and media personnel may check equipment for $25 each bag after the first free bag.

Use or Cancel Policy
For non-refundable tickets purchased on or after 10/1/2008 and all Economy tickets purchased on or after 12/17/2008, customers must cancel the reservation before the scheduled flight departure time or the ticket value and all associated monies will be forfeited and will not be re-usable by the passenger. If the flight segment(s) is cancelled before the scheduled flight departure time, the value will be retained and may be applied to a subsequent ticket for up to one year from original issue date (subject to the change fee and any fare difference).
Ticketing Service Fee
For tickets purchased on or after 7/1/2008, a non-refundable ticketing service fee of $25 will be assessed for each new Economy ticket purchased and issued through Reservations or at a Frontier Airport Ticket Counter. This fee does not apply to any tickets purchased through FrontierAirlines.com and does not apply to Classic or Classic Plus fares through any channel of distribution.
