How do I redeem my EarlyReturns® miles for an award ticket?
To make a reservation using your EarlyReturns® miles, you will need to login at www.frontierairlines.com with your EarlyReturns® account number and password. Select "Redeem Miles" at the top right corner of the page and proceed with your reservation. You may choose Round Trip or One-Way redemptions.
What AirFairs amenities are included with an award ticket?
We hope you've heard about Frontier's new AirFairs program the fair way to buy and fly! Award tickets will be treated as Economy, and are subject to bag fees. Ascent members, Summit members and Summit traveling companions booked in the same reservation will continue to receive two free checked bags, available only upon online check in or at an airport kiosk (where available).

Are there any taxes or fees to book an award ticket online?
Yes, the member is responsible for paying all taxes by credit card at the time of booking. All award tickets will incur a security service fee of $2.50 USD for passengers flying from an airport in the US and US territories. The $2.50 USD security service fee applies per flight segment, with a maximum of two segments ($5 USD) per one-way trip or four flight segments ($10 USD) per round-trip. Mexico redemptions are subject to, and the passenger is responsible for, applicable departure taxes and/or federal inspection fees.
Can I redeem my EarlyReturns® miles for one person and purchase a ticket for another person in the same itinerary?
Unfortunately, no. Redeeming EarlyReturns® miles and the purchase of a ticket require two different reservations. Since most redemption seats are capacity controlled, we suggest that you first reserve your redemption seat and then purchase your other ticket on FrontierAirlines.com.
How do I make a reservation for more than one passenger using more than one EarlyReturns® account?
It is necessary to make separate reservations when you are using miles from more than one EarlyReturns® account. Logout after making each reservation and then login with the EarlyReturns® account number and password for the next EarlyReturns® account that the miles will be deducted from.
How long is my ticket valid?
All travel on an award ticket must be completed within one year from the date of issue. Miles used for an expired award ticket are forfeited if not used within one year.
How many days in advance do I need to make my award travel reservations?
Due to capacity controls on our award travel seats we recommend that you make your reservations well in advance of your flight in order to give you the best chance to get the flights that you prefer. Award tickets may be booked for travel up to 6 months into the future when the schedule permits and are valid for one year from the original date of issue For tips on redeeming your EarlyReturns® miles click here.
How do I change or cancel my redemption award ticket?
Changing award tickets online is not an available feature at this time. Please contact the EarlyReturns® Service Center at 1-866-263-2759 to make any change to your reservation. Changes in destination, date, name changes or route changes requested after the issuance of the award ticket will require a $50 change fee per ticket each time the ticket is reissued. The new reservation is subject to availability of the seats allocated for award travel, any blackout dates associated with the specific award and the original one year validity of award tickets.
What is the difference between booking my award travel on FrontierAirlines.com or contacting the EarlyReturns® Service Center to book my award travel?
Reservations ticketed by our Service Center are subject to a $25 non-refundable ticketing service fee. Reservations ticketed online at FrontierAirlines.com do not incur the reservations booking fee.
How will I know if my reservation is complete and that I have purchased my redemption award ticket?
You will receive a confirmation page and an email detailing your redemption purchase.
Can I use my EarlyReturns® miles when booking award travel for someone else?
Yes. You may designate a passenger with a different name when making your award reservation.
