Do you offer bereavement fares?
Our philosophy is to offer the lowest fares available to all travelers. Therefore, we don't offer any specific bereavement fares.
How do I use my American Express points for a ticket?
We're proud to partner with American Express and invite you to use your American Express Rewards Points to travel with us. First off, you'll need to transfer your American Express Rewards Points into your EarlyReturns® account. Linking the accounts can be done by phone at 800-AXP-EARN (800-297-3276) or at the American Express Membership Rewards website.
To check award seat availability and to make a reservation, call our EarlyReturns® Department at 866-263-2759 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time Saturday and closed on Sunday. Please make sure you tell us that you are interested in award seat availability. We'll hold your reservation for 24 hours.
Once you've reserved the available award seats, click the complete the transfer from the American Express Membership Rewards website from your Membership Rewards points to your EarlyReturns® account. The transfer is usually instantaneous, but please allow 24 hours for the transfer to be completed.
Finally, so you don't lose your held reservation, you must call our EarlyReturns® Department at 1-866-263-2759 within 24 hours, to confirm the transfer and to complete your booking.
