Tier Status Terms & Conditions

Ascent status must be earned by using a single method of Flight Miles, Flight Segments, or Frontier MasterCard purchases. Summit status must be earned by using a single method of either Flight Miles or Flight Segments. You cannot combine Flight Miles, Flight Segments, or Frontier MasterCard purchases to earn Ascent or Summit status. Only one method of calculation for earning Ascent or Summit status may be used. You cannot earn Summit status using Frontier MasterCard purchases. Flight Miles and Flight Segment calculation is based on a calendar year schedule (January through December). MasterCard purchase calculation is based on 12 credit card statement cycles (January statement though December statement). A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing. Flight Miles and Flight segments may only be accrued for Elite status on paid travel on regularly scheduled flights based on origin and destination. Redemption flight miles or segments do not count towards Elite status.

There are two ways you can redeem your EarlyReturns^® miles for award flights:

• Login with your EarlyReturns^® account number and password. Select "Redeem Miles" on the My Reservations Page and make your reservation using your miles as payment (Taxes and fees must be paid at time of purchase).



• You can also call the EarlyReturns^® Service Center at 866-26-EARLY (866-263-2759) to make your reservation with a customer service agent. Please note that reservations ticketed using the Service Center are subject to a $25 non-refundable ticketing service fee.

how we calculate miles

As an EarlyReturns^® member you'll earn the actual miles computed between your origin and destination city. We calculate the actual miles using airport-to-airport air mileage distance. Effective 9/15/08 - 3 exceptions to this rule exist: Denver to Colorado Springs, Aspen and Grand Junction will all receive a minimum of 250 miles.

On trips between an origin city and a final destination city that include a stop with connecting flights that require a change of aircraft and flight number, you'll earn mileage credit for each flight segment.

Mileage will be credited to your account within a week of final travel date. Bonus miles (applicable to Ascent & Summit members only) will be posted within 14 days of the final travel date.

If, for any reason, miles have not been credited to the Member's account, the Member may claim the retroactive mileage credit within 180 days of the flight or service concerned. Copies of the ticketed passenger receipt and boarding passes must support such claims, or receipts in case of retroactive non-air travel partner credit requests. It is the responsibility of the Member to retain receipts, boarding passes and other proofs of purchase until mileage credit is posted and appears on the Member's account statement.
