earn while you fly
Earning miles on our flights is simple and rewarding! Step #1 always enter your EarlyReturns® member account number when you make your reservation (even if your reservation is made by a travel agent or on a website other than ours!) to ensure that you will receive mileage credit. You should also enter your EarlyReturns number when checking in for a flight.
All of our scheduled flights are eligible for earning at least 100% miles, although there are a few exceptions (charter flights, redemption tickets, etc). Mileage earn on tickets purchased using AirFairs will be determined by the fare type purchased. With the minimum earn rate starting at 100%....you'll be rolling in the miles!
Sample mileage calculations under the AirFairs program:
Using a flight example: Roundtrip from Denver to Salt Lake City
(500 miles each way, 1000 roundtrip)
Base Member Purchasing a Classic ticket: DENSLC:
1,000 flight milesat 125% Classic mileage earn rate = 1,250 miles earned
Base Member Purchasing a Classic Plus ticket: DENSLC:
1,000 flight miles at 150% Classic mileage earn rate = 1,500 miles earned
Ascent Member Purchasing a Classic Plus ticket: DENSLC:
1,000 flight miles at 150%
Classic Plus mileage earn rate = 1,500 miles earned (150% of 1000)
Plus 25% Ascent mileage bonus
on top of the calculatedmileage rate = 375 miles earned (25% of 1,500)
Summit Member Purchasing a Classic Plus ticket: DENSLC:
1,000 flight miles at 150%
Classic Plus mileage earn rate = 1,500 miles earned (150% of 1000)
Plus 50% Summit mileage bonus
on top of the calculated mileage rate = 750 miles earned (50% of 1,500)
