You can redeem EarlyReturns miles for any itinerary that involves Midwest operated flights, including connecting Midwest and Frontier flights.
Example: You can use 25,000 EarlyReturns® miles for a roundtrip award ticket to and from any domestic Midwest Airlines destination - like Cleveland to Boston. You can also use 25,000 EarlyReturns® miles for a Frontier Airlines roundtrip ticket connecting to a Midwest Airlines destination - like Denver to Milwaukee (on Frontier), and Milwaukee to Boston (on Midwest), or vice versa.
