Award travel and AirFairs
We hope you've heard about Frontier's new AirFairs program the fair way to buy and fly! Award tickets will be treated as Economy, and will be offered two free checked bags available only if you check in online or at an airport kiosk (where available). EarlyReturns® CHOICE* awards will be treated as Classic.
Policy Update: Standard award tickets redeemed on or after November 3, 2009 will be treated as Economy and will be charged $20 for one checked bag and $30 for a second checked bag. CHOICE redemptions, Ascent members,and Summit members will continue to receive two free checked bags.
There are two ways you can redeem your EarlyReturns® miles for award flights:
- Login with your EarlyReturns® account number and password. Select "Redeem Miles" on the My Reservations Page and make your reservation using your miles as payment (taxes and fees must be paid at time of purchase).
- You can also call the EarlyReturns® Service Center at 866-26-EARLY (866-263-2759) to make your reservation with a customer service agent. Please note that reservations ticketed by a reservations agent, customer service agent, or by using the Service Center are subject to a $25 non-refundable ticketing service fee.
Just 20,000 miles earns you a domestic roundtrip award ticket between the contiguous United States.

Redemption Ticket Change or Cancellation Policy:
Change itinerary: As long as an award seat is available on your desired flight, you can change the time, date, passenger name, or city pairs for a $75 change fee*. For redemption tickets booked on or after November 3, 2009, the change fee is $50.
Cancelled itinerary: If you no longer want to fly on the original ticket booked, you may cancel your itinerary and redeposit the miles for a $75 redeposit fee*. For redemption tickets booked on or after November 3, 2009, the cancellation fee is $50.
*These fees are non-refundable and are waived for Summit members and traveling companions booked in the same reservation as the Summit member.
