LOW FARE GUARANTEE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

The FrontierAirlines.com Lowest Fare Guarantee (the "Guarantee") applies to customers who first purchase a qualifying domestic airfare at FrontierAirlines.com or FlyFrontier.com, and the same day of their purchase find an airfare at least $5 lower each way per person on another U.S. point-of-sale travel web site for the exact same Frontier flight(s), travel itinerary, travel date(s), number of passengers, and fare type (Economy, Classic or Classic Plus), and that is subject to the exact same fare rules and restrictions. If you meet and satisfy all of the terms and conditions described below, we will credit your EarlyReturns® mileage account with 2,500 miles. You must enter your EarlyReturns® membership number on the online claim form in order to receive miles. This offer is not valid for international flights or flights purchased through the Frontier Vacations or Frontier FlyAways pages, as well as the Frontier Ski Vacations page. You must submit your claim no later than midnight Mountain time on the same day you purchased your ticket at FrontierAirlines.com. The 2,500 miles credit to your EarlyReturns® account is the sole and exclusive compensation Frontier Airlines will provide for failing to fulfill the Guarantee.
Requirements
You must satisfy all terms and conditions and submit your claim in compliance with the claims processing procedures described below. The Guarantee is available to customers who make a qualifying domestic airfare purchase through FrontierAirlines.com after April 30, 2006.
The Guarantee applies only to Frontier Airlines domestic fares purchased at FrontierAirlines.com and is not available for international fares to Mexico. The Guarantee applies only to domestic tickets purchased using a valid credit card with a United States billing address and only for domestic itineraries Frontier Airlines or Lynx Aviation wholly operates, but does not include codeshare flights, specifically, Great Lakes. Your ticket must be the lowest cost ticket available on FrontierAirlines.com for your selected domestic itinerary at the time of purchase. For example, if you purchase an unrestricted airfare on FrontierAirlines.com, it will not qualify if compared to a restricted airfare offered on another website. The same rule applies if you purchased a Classic ticket on FrontierAirlines.com, it will not qualify if compared to an Economy ticket offered on another website, as another example. The Guarantee also does not apply to lower airfares that are available on FrontierAirlines.com or to refundable tickets that you choose to refund.
The Guarantee is available only on published domestic retail fares available the same day through accredited Internet distributors of Frontier Airlines tickets for the exact same Frontier flight(s), travel itinerary, travel date(s), number of passengers, and fare type, and subject to the exact same fare rules and restrictions. Frontier Airlines must be able at the time of claim review to verify both the availability of the lower online accredited published domestic retail fare just prior to your purchase confirmation, and that a lower fare was not available on FrontierAirlines.com. Please keep a copy of the screen shot, exact website URL, or other methods of verification in case Frontier requires additional documentation and verification.
Claim Form Processing
You must submit your claim by midnight Mountain Time of the same day you purchased your ticket on FrontierAirlines.com. Your claim must be submitted on the claim submittal web form available at FrontierAirlines.com in the Our Service Commitment tab under the FrontierAirlines.com Customer Service section. You must completely fill out all required fields on the claim form and click submit. Claims for the Guarantee may only be made through this online claim form. No other claims will be accepted.
Following submission of a properly submitted claim, a member of the Frontier Airlines Customer Service Team will contact you via e-mail. If we are unable to replicate the lower airfare, we may request additional information and documentation (like a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online airfare. You must promptly submit any requested additional information. Please keep a copy of all of this documentation. Frontier reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
Exceptions
The Guarantee does not apply to international fares or unpublished fares. Unpublished fares are usually not available to the general public and include wholesaler or consolidator fares, corporate, military, government, contract, or other discounted fares. The Guarantee does not apply to package fares, including airfares sold as part of a travel package, including packages available through Frontier Vacations, Frontier FlyAways or Frontier Ski Vacations, nor does it apply to airfares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after purchase. The Guarantee does not apply to airfares on another web site that have been reduced as a result of promotional discounts, such as dollars off coupons, loyalty program discounts or fly "free" offers. The Guarantee does not apply to differences of less than $5 for a one-way ticket or $10 for a round trip ticket. The Guarantee does not apply to differences in fares between FrontierAirlines.com and FlyFrontier.com, which are one in the same.
