EarlyReturns® Online Redemptions
Domestic/International and One Way Terms & Conditions

Reservations for award travel must be made directly with Frontier Airlines by calling Reservations, the EarlyReturns® Mileage Program, or by booking online at www.FrontierAirlines.com.

Award tickets may be issued for travel up to 331 days into the future when the schedule permits and are valid for one year from the original date of issue. Frontier Airlines must issue the award tickets. Program partners and/or travel agents may not issue Frontier Airlines award tickets.

Upon confirming an award travel reservation, Frontier will automatically deduct the appropriate mileage from the Member's account. Where applicable and permitted by law, any taxes, fees, governmental or airline surcharges (such as fuel) remain the responsibility of the Member or passenger and must be paid with a credit card at the time of reservation. You may not combine mileage from different accounts for any award, but you may add miles to your account via Frontier FastMiles.

All award travel must be on scheduled service, published routings, and only to Frontier's published scheduled service destinations, or if the award travel is on another airline, travel must be on the scheduled service and published routes of the applicable airline partner.* If a published routing doesn't exist between a desired origin and destination, Member must select alternative origins and/or destinations.
* Not all routes may be available for award redemptions.

All award tickets must have confirmed reservations on all flights; no open tickets are allowed.

Unused and unexpired award tickets can be returned to the EarlyReturns® Service Center and the miles will be re-deposited to the Member's account from which the miles were originally withdrawn for a $75 fee per person. You cannot return any portion of a partially used award tickets.
