Frontier is working with our GDS partners to make sure AirFairs is displayed in all GDS systems; however, the displays of the new fare structure will be limited. If you use Sabre, Apollo, or Amadeus, the fares are available in your system. All other GDS systems will be able to display Economy fares only at this time, with the exception of Y fares, which are treated as Classic Plus.

Advanced seat assignments will also no longer be possible in the GDS systems. Any fare, other than Economy, is entitled to a seat assignment. Our Agency Desk will be happy to assign seats for you. They can be reached in the Denver area from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Mountain Time nationwide at 1-800-243-6297. We are working on a web application that will allow you easy access to seat assignments.
If your customer is an EarlyReturns® Ascent or Summit member, advanced seat assignments in preferred seating areas are available for you to assign.
For Sabre users, AirFairs can be displayed using the following Sabre native commands to price each of the three Frontier Fare Families:
- Economy Fare Family use WPNCB (calculates the lowest fare)
- Classic Fare Family use WPNCB‡XS‡PNEG (XS calculates the lowest fare applicable without minimum/maximum stay)
- Classic Plus Fare Family use WPNCB‡XP‡PNEG (XP calculates the lowest fare applicable without change fee restrictions)
For Apollo users, AirFairs can be displayed using the following Apollo native commands to price each of the three Frontier Fare Families:

Classic and Classic Plus fares may not be combined with other airlines. If the itinerary includes other airlines, price, store, and ticket the Classic and Classic Plus segments separately.
**NEG or :P is the suggested best practice to ensure that the private Classic and Classic Plus fares are returned since the public Economy fare is lower.
For Amadeus users, AirFairs can be displayed using the following Amadeus native commands to price each of the three Frontier Fare Families:- Economy Fare Family use FXR (best buy - calculates the lowest fare)
- Classic Fare Family use FXR/R,U,*NMM (calculates the lowest fare applicable without minimum/maximum stay)
- Classic Plus Fare Family use FXR/R,U,*RF (calculates the lowest fare applicable without change fee restrictions)
Your GUI can also be programmed to pull the fare automatically.
