COMPANY INFO
community assistance
We strive to be there for our communities in times of need. We've partnered with terrific organizations and have also put together special programs to assist those who really need our help.
Angel Flight
Angel Flight provides free transportation to medical treatment for people who can't afford public transportation, or who can't tolerate it for health reasons. Since we aren't currently assisting individual passengers with complimentary medical travel, passengers are encouraged to contact Angel Flight to ask about emergency medical travel. Please visit their website at www.angelflight.org
Miracle Flights for Kids
Similar to Angel Flight, but more specifically for children in need, Miracle Flights for Kids' mission is to improve access to healthcare by providing free air transportation for kids to hospitals across America. Passengers looking to seek assistance from Miracle Flights for Kids can visit their website at www.miracleflights.org.
Community Fares
With the growing number of requests for emergency or medical travel, our Community Relations team has developed a "Community Fare" program for passengers in need. These special, reduced fares are offered to people in need of emergency medical travel. For more information and to find out if you're eligible, please email CommunityRelations@flyfrontier.com.
The Fisher House Foundation
Frontier Airlines has partnered up with the Fisher House Foundation to help support our military men and women. The nonprofit Fisher House Foundation administers the "Hero Miles" program for the Department of Defense in accordance with Public Law 108-110, the FY 05 Defense Authorization Act. The programs provides free airlines tickets to military men and women who are undergoing treatment at a military or VA medical center incident to their service in Iraq or Afghanistan, and their families. Military personal looking for assistance can visit the Fisher House Foundation's website at www.fisherhouse.org/index.html for more information.
