overview
Companies registered for our Best Care Business (BCB) program earn one Award point for every $1000 worth of published fare tickets purchased and flown on Frontier Airlines and Frontier Express for business travel. In addition to the points the member company receives, the company's business travelers can earn EarlyReturns® Frequent Flyer miles and other benefits as members of our EarlyReturns® mileage program.

Once the company is enrolled, BCB points are tracked via the company's BCB ID and added to their account on a daily basis. Travelers who include the company's unique ID while booking travel through FrontierAirlines.com automatically have the ID added to their ticket. If travelers prefer to call our Reservations Department or a travel agent, they simply need to provide their company's ID at the time of ticketing.

eligibility

  • BCB is designed for companies of any size.
  • Companies must generate a minimum of $5,000 of flown revenue each calendar year on Frontier.
  • Companies with two or more business travelers may participate.
  • Travel agencies, wholesalers, consolidators and other sellers of travel may book travel for members of the program,  but are not eligible to participate in the program in any other manner.
  • Tickets must be used for business travel purposes and traveler must be an employee of the company.
  • Family members are not eligible unless proof of employment is submitted.
  • Leisure travel is not eligible for this program.
  • By signing up for this program, you are agreeing to receive monthly e-statements via email. A valid email address must be provided to remain in the program.



eligible tickets
To qualify, tickets must be issued on a published fare and ticketed on Frontier Airlines (422). Tickets issued on any other airline's ticket, barter and non-published fare tickets (e.g. vacation packages, etc.) are not eligible. Points can not be accrued on tickets using any other discount including, but not limited to, corporate discounts and online travel agencies.

All tickets purchased and flown on Frontier Express are eligible. All tickets purchased and flown on other codeshare partners (i.e. Great Lakes Aviation) are not eligible. Taxes, airport charges and security fees are excluded. All rules and restrictions apply to tickets purchased. Retroactive credit is not eligible for this program.

how credit is accrued
Company will earn one Award point for every $1,000 of eligible flown revenue. Tickets are tracked via the company's unique BCB ID. This code is necessary to ensure proper tracking of company travel activity.

When booking business travel on FrontierAirlines.com, enter your company's BCB ID on the passenger information page.

making reservations other than via FrontierAirlines.com
When booking through a travel agency, instruct them to enter the company's BCB ID into the IT/Tour Code box of every ticket issued. Upon request, ticketing instructions will be sent to the company's travel agency. However, the company is responsible for ensuring that the travel agent issues the tickets properly. Tickets issued improperly won't be tracked and may not receive program credit.

To book your reservations directly with Frontier, visit FrontierAirlines.com. If you need to speak with a Frontier Airlines agent, you may call the Corporate Accounts/Agency Support Desk at 800-952-7637 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, Mountain Time. The caller is responsible for advising the agent that he or she has a BCB account and must provide the agent with his or her company's BCB ID.

when points are posted
Points are posted after the first initial $1,000, then daily upon completed travel. Points less than 1.0 cannot be awarded, but revenue will be tracked. If the ticket is exchanged, credit is issued from the ticket that was actually traveled on. Statements are sent the first Monday of each month to the company administrator(s) at the email address we have on file for the company's account.

Unreported credit requests are manually processed monthly.

administrators
The program allows up to two contacts at the company and one travel agent to be designated as Administrators of the account.  
The company administrator(s) are the only ones allowed to request award redemptions and obtain information pertaining to the account. Updates to the company profile or to change administrators are provided via email or by calling our Corporate Accounts/Agency Support desk.

redeeming points
The company's BCB account accrues points that can be redeemed for various awards.
Based on the award table below, the Administrator requests an award via email tobestcarebiz@flyfrontier.com. The email must include:

  • The company's BCB account ID and Company Name
  • Award Code
  • The number of awards requested
  • Award Description
  • Ascent upgrade requests must include the recipient's name andEarlyReturns® number
  • Best Care Club passes must include the recipient's name
  • Confirmation of points you understand will be deducted

Example 1: 1 BCBFVR Favor Award, I understand 3 points will be deducted from my account.
Example 2: 3 BCBASC Ascent Upgrade, Larry Lynx – 10012345678, Grizwald Bear – 10001234567, Jack Rabbit – 100001234567, I understand 24 points will be deducted from my account.

Note: Please allow Frontier two weeks from the date the request is received.

Program Awards will be mailed only to the address in the company's profile, unless otherwise instructed. Company must advise Frontier of any address changes. Frontier shall have no liability for lost, destroyed or misdirected mail or the consequences thereof.

Award Points do not expire as long as the company's account remains active.

unreported credit
The company can request BCB credit for tickets issued without entering the BCB ID by completing the "Unreported Credit Request Form," which is available under the Programs & Service > Best Care Business section on our website. Unreported credit requests must be completed by the company within 30 days of your e-statement notification.

The decision to provide credit for these unreported tickets will be at Frontier's sole discretion. Unreported travel credit requests are a manual process and do not post to your account immediately.

program modification/termination
Frontier Airlines will make every effort to provide companies with reasonable notice should any major changes be made to the program. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions, earning guidelines, incentives, and awards or redemption benefits, at any time with or without notice. Such changes may include, but not limited to, eligibility, revenue requirements, rules for the use and transferability of Program Awards, restricted travel dates, and the number of seats available for award travel. We may also, at our sole discretion, decide to cancel any account from the program by providing notice to the company.
