To take advantage of these fares, take a moment to look over our basic rules and follow our procedures:

Basic Rules

  • Please call 800-243-6297, as we must make your reservations by phone.
  • These discounts apply to travel agents only. Agency employee must be included on the ARC Eligibility list for current year, be a full-time employee (over 32 hours per week), and have been responsible for promoting air travel for at least three consecutive months.
  • We allow self-ticketing, but IATA identification or ARC lists with photo identification will be required at check-in. Under no circumstances can these passes be issued at our ticket counters.
  • PFC and fuel charges apply
  • Nonrefundable
  • No circle trips
  • If irregular flight operations exist, you'll be booked on the next Frontier Airlines flight only. No further compensation is available.
  • These offers are not valid on flights operated by our codeshare partners.
  • EarlyReturns® mileage isn't available with this promotion offer.
  • A minimum service charge of $75 will apply, one-way or roundtrip.
  • In the event of an oversale, AD75 is prioritized according to Frontier's pass priority order, with revenue passengers taking precedence.

Ticketing Procedures

  • Issue AD75 tickets on Frontier-validated ticket stock
    (Draw a single diagonal line from the lower left to the upper right corner of the ticket)
  • Class of service for ticketing purposes: Y Class
  • Fare Basis: Enter applicable fare basis code (YF9)
  • IT/Tour Code box: AD75
  • Fare/ Tax/ Total boxes: Enter applicable fare (less discount) plus tax
    (Full departure/surcharge taxes apply and may not be discounted)
  • Form of Payment: Must be cash or check only
    (No credit cards can be used as payment for agency-discounted tickets)
  • Commission: Enter "0" in the commission box
  • Validity: 90 days from date of issue
  • Endorsements: Valid F9 Only/ Non-refundable, re-validations permitted
  • Restrictions: You are not eligible for denied boarding and interrupted flight/baggage expenses
  • Below are the blackout dates for AD75 travel, please keep in mind when planning your trip
