Administrators are the only ones authorized to request redemption awards. The administrator must be logged into the account to submit a request.
- Click Award Redemptions.
- Select Award Description.
||One Waiver Award Issued at a discounted rate of $25. Can be used to waive one change fee or name change fee when exchanging a restricted ticket.
||Ascent Upgrade Status upgrade valid through January 31st of the following year.
||Credit Bank Certificate A value requested to be used toward a reservation booked with Frontier Airlines. Travel must be booked by Frontier Agent.
- Select the number of awards and/or the value needed.
- Review the award value to be deducted from the account.
- Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Submit.
Please contact our Corporate Accounts/Agency Support Desk at 800-952-7637 to have a Credit Bank Certificate applied toward a Frontier reservation. They are open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Mountain time.
Program award certificates will be e-mailed to the requestor and the primary administrator listed in the company's profile. Frontier shall have no liability for lost, destroyed or misdirected e-mails or the consequences thereof.
Credit Bank balances do not expire as long as the company's account remains active.
